Coach Tay (they/she) has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer since 2014 and holds multiple certifications in addition to a degree in Physical Activity and Exercise and Community Health Education. Tay has coached hundreds of clients of all ages and backgrounds and specializes in progressive strength training, mobility and injury prevention and deconstructing the harms of fitness culture to achieve better body acceptance and movement autonomy.
