    50-minute classes that emphasize building strength and power, increasing mobility and improving kettlebell and barbell technique

    Saturday AM and Wednesday PM

    Sweat + Stretch class with our in house Live DJ! Fresh mixes every week, always with a fun combination of genres through the decades
